At times we can structure extended hold periods to promote long-term value creation. AM Technical Solutions
AM Technical Solutions is a global specialty contractor providing clean room services and solutions for the semiconductor and life sciences industries. In 2022, Sovereign's Capital and the leadership team facilitated a majority recapitalization of the business, focusing on increasing its depth of services and breadth of both customer and regional presence through acquisition and organic growth initiatives.
